Bendigo Radiology is one of the largest providers of Radiology Services to Regional Victoria with 17 Practices across the Northern and Western districts.

We are committed to providing regional communities with access to high quality medical Imaging and care with the latest in medical technology.

Bendigo Radiology offers a diverse blend of private and public hospital based work with access to state of the art technology including Multislice CT, US, CR, Interventional Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.

Our Practices are linked via a high speed network which provides the platform for our class leading web based RIS/PACS teleradiology solution.

The Year that was 2011

With the new year upon us we take a look back on 2011

General manager Sandy Archard was awarded Employee of Year 2010 at the Bendigo

Business Awards held in Bendigo in October last year, and Jorja Mulquiny received the Office

Professional of the Year 2011 trophy from the Australian Institute of Office Professionals at

their annual breakfast event last Friday.

Sandy and Jorja have worked tirelessly over the last 4 years growing and improving medical

imaging services to our region. Sandy and Jorja are both delighted to receive these awards

as acknowledgement of their achievements.

Bendigo Radiology employs over 70 staff and provides radiology services to 20 regional Victorian towns. In 2011 Bendigo Radiology achieved Full Accreditation against the Standards set down by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and the National Association of Testing Authorities.

This accreditation signifies that Bendigo Radiology is recognized as being a practice with integrity and expertise in the area of medical imaging, both to the community we serve and to other medical imaging facilities.

Designed specifically for the needs of the referring

physician, InteleConnect does not require any

training or installation of software and will support

Windows and Mac browsers, as well as mobile

devices and smart phones such as iPad, iPhone,

Android and Blackberry.

InteleConnect completes Bendigo Radiology’s unified reading and reporting workflow and enables better patient care by providing consistent and media-rich reports for all modalities.

InteleConnect features interactive 2D or 3D key images, patient search, timely email notifications for critical results, and status updates of ordered requisitions. Secure and easy to use, InteleConnect respects industry standards and is HIPAA compliant. As a referring physician you will appreciate InteleConnect’s flexible access rules that will enable you to share relevant cases within your practice.

InteleConnect is designed to give referrers timely access to reports and images using technology compatible with mobile devices.

IntelleConnect is available now for all referrers with a current PACS account. However there are several steps that need to be taken first to activate access
